An important renovation project of an early 1950s residential building opposite the Bastioni di Porta Venezia, it stands out for its essential architecture and modular proportions. It is a nine-storey C-shaped building on Via Vittorio Veneto, with commercial spaces on the street, as well as two bodies in the inner part. The highest floors enjoy a panoramic view of the Public Gardens.
