Leopardi 15

A complex renovation of a building conceived and designed by Ludovico Magistretti and Guido Veneziani between 1958 and 1961, the building is located in the historic centre of Milan near the Cadorna railway station and Sempione Park.
It is a mixed-use building: in the lower part, well highlighted by a white marble band, the offices, and in the upper part, with a brick band, the residential part. LaGare SpA modernised it with state-of-the-art common areas.
